  7. report on Vietnamese Character Encoding version 1.1,
  8. published in September 1992 by the Viet-Std Working Group.
  9. All files with .ps extension are PostScript files.
  10. Please print these files and bind them in the following order:

  13.     2. 2engppr.ps    Viet-Std specifications, in English
  14.     3. 3vnppr.ps    Viet-Std specifications, in Vietnamese
  15.     4. 4trchl.ps    TriChlor Software announcement title page
  16.     5. 5sftware.txt    TEXT file of software listing
